Workout and Exercise

So…I’ve been on a diet and exercise plan for about 2 weeks now. It’s called the Men’s Health Belly Off 2008 diet and exercise plan. I’m finding the diet part much easier than the exercises. So far, I’ve lost about 8 pounds, but I’m guessing that will slow down soon. My goal is to lose 40 pounds — to be under 190.
