Wednesday, May 7th, 2008Weighed myself this morning after my Wednesday workout. Down another 3 pounds. Current workouts include strength-training resistance exercises and interval training on Monday and Wednesday, and a more comprehensive strength-training workout on Saturdays. May start incorporating more interval training exercises on other days.
