Somebody Call the Wambulance!
By Aaron | March 27, 2008
Okay, this story makes me a little mad. I mean, this chick is paying $2,500/month for interest only payments. Many speculate that means she is living in a $500,000 house. Hello?? Time to get back to living within our means, methinks. And, ya, that goes for me, too.

Yay for Future Generations of Americans? Bull…shoot!
By Aaron | March 2, 2008
I guess this happened in February in Gilbert. For what it’s worth, I TOTALLY side with the bus driver. And I didn’t see the bus driver hit the the punk kid at all, but the punk kid apparently needs it. I’m just sayin’. Best quote: “Mom! The bus driver’s touching me!” Oh, and legally, you CANNOT let kids of just anywhere. As the bus driver your responsibility is the safety of the kids till they get to their stop.

Riding Da Bike
By Aaron | September 5, 2007
So…I’ve been riding the bike. Got some new shoes and pedals to help increase efficiency. They work pretty well. Rode 22 miles on Monday and today rode for 20 minutes. I’m still a little sore from Mondays ride, so I took it easy today. It’s getting close to the time when I have to really step up the training, though. A co-worker gave me some training DVDs and I’m going to start with one of those on Fridays ride.
In other news, my Grandpa went in to the ER on Saturday due to severe back pain that kept him from being able to move at all. I visited him on Sunday in the hospital and he was doing better then — he was able to walk around with only occasional twinges of pain. The discharged him from the hospital on Monday. I’m glad he is doing better.
I also learned on Monday that a former boss of mine, from when I worked at a magazine company, passed away on August 15 — Cliff Crase. He was a good guy with a big heart, and I liked him. I’m planning to attend his memorial service on Monday.
