Diseases and the Like

Well, I didn’t go on the bike ride last weekend. For all of you who pledged me, I had strep throat to earn your money instead.

It’s great. You should try it. I haven’t accomplished much in the last two weeks and I’m still recovering a little bit. I’ve been tired all the time. I hope to recover fully very soon.

Well, not much else is going on. Oh, I bought a Christmas tree yesterday. It’s a little 3-foot fake tree. It’s going to be pretty cool. And all of you who think it’s too soon to be buying Christmas trees — phooey on you. I like Christmas, so leave me alone. Plus, it’s my first Christmas in my own place and I want to enjoy it the way I want to. So there.
